Qlik GeoAnalytics solution has that capability. It is a separately licensed product though.
If you need something that is simpler and for free you will have to put in much more effort but it is possible to use an SVG-extension. CAD-software usually have SVG-export capabilities. You could export each layer in a separte SVG or enable some interactive features between Qlik Sense and the SVG-file.
