How to login into a website and take information out of it

Hi!

I have this problem, I need to login to a website to take out a data base form a HTML format, the thing is that I don't know if QV can do the login, I am kind of new at this so I have used QV to take info out of a web page, and I know this is kind of an other level, so first of all I would like to know if it is possible to do.

You can try using the Qlik General Web Connector‌. Or try to use an other tool like curl or wget to retrieve the data and save it locally in a file and then load the data from the file in Qlikview or Qlik Sense.
