How to show more information on point layer map?

Hi,

I have a point layer map which show the points per the data in the app. It also shows a hover over content for the points based on the setting in Appearance -> Colors and Legend. Please look at the attached PNG files for the view and setting.

Is it possible to show more fields on the hover over popup in the first image? Currently it shows the calculated PD value, I would to show more fields from the data that we have for that point.
