i just faced an issue with some user ID, I link it with my company AD.
but the problem coming with long emails [more that 20 characters before @ symbol] any character after that will be missed.
"Access denied" is the message dialog shown to user with this issue.
is there any way to increase the size of user ID ?

May be, once check the Generic LDAP settings.
The issue was from Qlik Sense or Active Directory?
