Incremental load without Primary key ?

I have a table with Jobs Running stats and without Primary key.

i am trying to implementing the Incremental load with Date field and without Primary key but not succeeded.

Can any one suggest the solution.

i followed u mentioned process only but in the table have only date field not Primary Key or Unique ID.
