Keep a dimension name in a selection box

Hello everyone,

I have created a custom dimension in the storyboard called CREATION_DATE.year which is a formula to keep only the year value in the dimension CREATION_DATE.

Here is the formula: CREATION_DATE.year=Year(Date#([CREATION_DATE], 'YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss'))

I have created a filter CREATION_DATE.year, but I realised after my selection that the selection box on the top show the formula and not the dimension name CREATION_DATE.year.

Do you know a solution to fix this problem ? Many thanks.

Hi,

I have a idea, what you can do is create a master measure in qlik sense with same expression name the master with desired name your issue will be solved.

If you are still facing an issue share a sample app I'll try to solve it in same app.
