MAP not working after upgrade to Feb 2018

Hi All,

Map visual stopped working. ( not Extension... Regular one ).

The problem occure even at the first drag and drop to the layout saying:

Visualization not found on the server : MAP .

the same error on serve and on desktop installation.

Any workaround anyone?

Hello!

We upgraded to the latest version, Feb 2018, this weekend and encountered the same problem.

Any luck with this issue, so far?

Hi All,

This has been identified as a bug when the server has no internet connection and is on bug ref: QLIK 86440

Have same error, but with internet connection. What is causing this?

I have installed a Feb'18 and updated Patch 1.

Hi Ralf,

There's no mention of a fix for QLIK 86440 in the Feb 2018 patch 1 release notes.

I've found the same issue with Feb 2018. Today I've installed the new April 2018 version and it seems that the issue has been resolved. As this appeared randomly I'm not sure if it's really fixed but since now I'll use the new release.

The issue was a bug and andy said, and has been fixed in Feb 2018 Patch2/April 2018 and later.

For Feb 2018 and patch1, a possible work-around solution is to temporarily open Internet connection to https://staging-maps.qlikcloud.com/
