Hi Vishnu - this has been done intentionally at the moment as the Cloud team works on a particular bug that causes people to lose their work when they have multiple tabs open. It has been determined that if multiple tabs are opened and someone closes the main tab - that spawned the other tabs, the work performed in the other tabs is lost as the system loses the sessions. To prevent this from happening, the team has disabled the ability to open new tabs. Hope this helps and we will have an update when this has been fixed.
