Modify information in vizualisation's tool tip

Hello,

Is it possible to modify informations in a tool tip of vizualisation ?

For exemple, show the label in the tool tip when we are on a code of a dimension (instead of show the code as the screen shot) ?

I have seen there is a discussion about that but it's on Qlik View.
