Need help on starting with Incremental Loads - Qlik Community

Looking to start on using incremental loads for an app which consumes ~7mins on every load.

I have multiple scripts loading data from different DB's(all SQL). Would need suggestions on how to start off and also how to implement full load/incremental load.
