We are managing QlikSense enterprise platform and one of the users could able to access hub and got error as in the attached error 1 image .
Reading few threads in Community , I did following things
1.Confirmed the host is white listed
2. Removed user from QMC and asked the user to login again .No luck though the user got added in QMC automatically.
After step 2 troubleshooting the user is getting error in the error 2 image attached Can you please help me to resolve it
