Not able to edit the Qlik Sense app

Hello all,

earlier i was using Qlik Sense Desktop (version 3.1 SR2).After some days i was asked to upgrade that version.Then i downloaded the latest version and upgraded to that. From then i have been getting the error like the below one when i am trying to open it.

After refreshing the page (F5) several times it will Qlik Sense will open and looks like the below one.2.jpg

After clicking on the app it is showing like this....

but here i am not able to edit the object (not getting any edit option).means i am only able to see the apps but not able to edit them.i have re installed the software several times but the same thing is repeating for me. can anyone help me to resolve this. Thanks in Advance.
