Operations Monitor reload fails on sense server 3.1

Hi,

The reload fails for Operations Monitor apps provided by Qlik. Below is the error message from log file. Please provide the solution.

0818 Load There was a problem fetching data from QRS via the REST connector. Reload terminated. QRS Row Counts:  qrs_user = 0 lines, qrs_app = 0 lines, qrs_appobject = 0 lines, qrs_task = 0 lines,

    2016-09-27 13:59:46      Error:

    2016-09-27 13:59:46      Execution Failed

    2016-09-27 13:59:46      Execution finished.

Hello,

it seems to be caused by the same reason as mentioned here:

Operations Monitor 3.0.0 reload fails

the solution is to give Qlik Sense service user role RootAdmin.
