Partial reference lines in scatter graph?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to show reference lines partially in scatter plot? As per the below, I have created 6 reference lines in a typical Price-Volume chart, but I only want to show the highlighted parts of the reference lines. Can this be done?
