QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA

Hi everyone.
I'm trying to run Operations monitor task

and i'm getting this error

has anyone an idea how to fix this
a few days ago it works fine but suddenly it stopt working

2017-08-18 10:38:23      Error: QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: HTTP protocol error 401 (Unauthorized):

Hi,

This is cause due to heavy reload at that time or RAM utilization is high on that server due all this error QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA you will get. It is due to many other reasons any other activity is running on that time on the server / PC Machine.

Kindly check if there is any other activity is running that time or else move this reload time to any other time and check.

the ram is free 2/3
and no other tasks running at the same time

Check the event logs on windows that time will help you to find the error.
