Qlik Sense 3.1 Theme change or table extension

Hello All, I need an answer  on how to either have a table that can have the headers or labels colored in and not just white with grey text.

Can this be done via an extension  or an ability to change the theme of the app?

If changing the theme, please tell me where i change it at in the css or json file.
