QlikSense: How do Login Access Passes recover?

We are using Qlik Sense Enterprise and assigned a pool of tokens to Login Access Rule. We have noticed that the passes/tokens are not recovered even after 28 days from their usage. Do we need to perform any action to recover? or they will be added automatically to the login access rule? Is there a way to keep track how many are getting back?

Our rule is like: user.userId like *

When a login access group is removed, the tokens used to allocate the access pass become available in accordance to the following procedure:

  1. For every ten (10) unused login access passes, one (1) token is freed up.
  2. For every ten (10) login access passes that leave the used state after the period specified in Login access passhas passed, one (1) token is freed up.

Thanks for the reply!

what do you mean by a login access "group" is removed? We are not using any group, anyone can come and utilize the below conditions and use Login Access Pass.

Which group should we remove here?

When you are creating a login access rule you are allocating some tokens. I think those tokens are allocated and will be available only after you remove that rule. It will be showing as available.

Login Access pass will be available after 28 days of unused login access passes

Thanks for your quick response again!

Do you mean that we need to delete the Login Access Rule and re-create it to get all the used Login Access Passes?

Is this the direction from Qlik to recover Login Access Passes in such a scenario?

No. Login access passes are available after not using for 28 days.So Users can use it for login.

What i meant is to reuse tokens for any other user access pass or login access rule .

Okay, so it should automatically get back Login Access Passes to associated Rules. No action is required on same rule. But the issue is we don't see remaining login access passes count go up even after 28 days of its usage.

I think you can check in License Monitor in monitoring apps. and confirm if last used time for 10 login pass is 28 days before.
