Qliksense server apps license monitor not working after default app folder change

Hi

Qliksense server apps license monitor & operations monitor not working after i have changed the default app folder location on the server. how to fix this issue, reload tasks fails and export of these two apps also fails.

Hi,

I have already restarted it twice but still it is NOT working.

Please note that default location of apps is changed during setup and installation. so where are these apps lying on server location.

yes. you need to backup your Qlik folder before installing/upgrading. kindly place your apps in 

C:\Users\admin\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps

There is no need of backup. Its a new server installation with default folder location changed from C:\Users\admin\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps to E:\Senseapps\qvffiles\

So what is do now to make these application work.

Am not sure. why it is not working . May be issue with app?

take a copy of Qvf and  try to replace in same path.

Hi Sajid,

Duplicate the app to my works and manually try reloading the app,

make sure those data connection in the load script correctly point to the Log and Archived Log folders.

Sajid, changing the Apps location doesn't move the apps themselves. You need to manually move them to the new location. If you still have issues after that, import the app again.

You can find a copy under: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps\
Please mark as resolved if this fixes it.
