Remove totals from pivot table exports

Hi guys,

in my QlikSense November 2018 patch 1 enterprise editioni  i have a pivot table where "show total" are disabled on each dimension. 

But when i make an export to excel the totals are still visible for all subdimensions.

How to remove all totals/subtotals from exports ? I want to obtain an export without totals...
