I found this is confusing.
If we go to the help page, or download the Sense installation files, or read the release notes, the versions are showing their names like this:
However when I create support ticket, I am asked to select version numbers like this:
Is there anywhere I can find a chart of table that shows what version name is what version number?
I am having the issue that the qmc and hub cannot be opened, I don't know the version installed.
If I go to the exe file properties like below, I can see the version is 12.108.2, which does not exist in the version number list above.
Any help please?
