Session interrupts with Qlik Sense server

Hi All!

we have Qlik Sense server 3.1 installed on Windows Server (2012) and users who are connect to Qlik Sense application thru browser (Chrome, Safari) . At 15 min - 30 min interval session interrupts with error message "No object with id ... found".

Do you have any ideas what is the reason?

Its 30 min now. What u recommend.
