Simple Count - Question

Hello,

I'm trying to count records using the formula:

Count ([Unit Status]='Opened')

But, this returns the count of all records in the file (121).  The actual count of 'Opened' is 48.

Here's a snippet of the field in the data table.  I changed the name of the variable to 'Project Status' in this table, but it is 'Unit Status' in the source data file.

.

Can anyone see what I am doing wrong?

Thanks!

Re: Simple Count - Question

Try this:

Count({<[Unit Status]= {'Opened'}>} [Unit Status])

Wow - thanks, Sunny.  Works like a charm!

I'll bookmark this in case I need to do something similar in another part of my app.  You are the BEST!
