Is there a way for me to make a filter/set expression/etc so that when I select "Submitted" in my filter, all employees without a submission disappear, and the employees with a submission stay *INCLUDING* their proper approved expense.

If I do a standard filter, I keep employees with new submissions but lose their prior approved expenses. leaving me with just this months expenses and not a year to date expense.

If I do a set analysis, the employees with no submission stay in the chart and are greyed out but I get to keep my total year expense for employees with submissions.  if I have 1000 employees I don't want the user to have to scroll to check each.

I essentially need a set analysis to identify that they have a submission and to keep their total year expense based on the filter selection, and I need the filter selection to also remove those who fail to meet the criteria.
