Styling Filter pane like Qlikview demo in Qlik sense

I believe many of you have seen this Qlikview demo. The area highlighted in red seems to be fliter value based on Year and Month Dimension. Can I apply the same styling in Qlik sense based on  date fields? Thanks In advance.

Please could you post how you achieved the dashboard style where you have the lines and small circles in green and red
