I am a relatively new user of Qlik Sense and I would be really grateful for any help. Unfortunately, I could not find a similar issue here on the forum.
I was provided a table with the list of historical price changes for a series of mobile phone contracts. Sample data:
| Contract ID | Change Date (dd/mm/yyyy) | New Price |
| Contract_1 | 01/01/2019 | 10 |
| Contract_1 | 01/04/2019 | 100 |
| Contract_1 | 04/06/2019 | 50 |
| ... | .... | .... |
What I would like to get as a monthly output until a certain contract end date (stored in the variable EndDate) is the following:
| Contract ID | YearMonth (yyyy-mm) | Price |
| Contract_1 | 2019-01 | 10 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-02 | 10 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-03 | 10 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-04 | 100 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-05 | 100 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-06 | 50 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-07 | 50 |
| Contract_1 | 2019-08 | 50 |
| Contract_1 | EndDate | 50 |

I was thinking to do this with a loop but I have still not quite figured out, how exactly. I would be really thankful, if someone could suggest me a good solution to this problem!
