URL Link in Table Not Working (update February 2019)

I save in a field the next URL:

='\\IP_server\Fotos_Empleados\'& IDD

Representation:  URL

But not work as a Link.

When I try to click, only see this:

I'm having a similar problem with the Februar 2019 update. The Link still works, but Qlik encodes the second '=' to '%3D'. The target server can't handle the encoded URL. 

If I try to use chr(61) Qlik will still encode to %3D.

AFAIK there's no built-in solution for this issue in Qlik Sense (URL Encoding).
