Unable to start Qlik Sense

I am currently unable to start Qlik sense on a single computer. Works fine on the other machines we have, but this one is refusing to startup. I am providing the logs. Does someone have an idea of what would stop the application from running.

Without checking the log; is the PC on which Sense does not run a 32 or 64 bit OS?

I un-flagged my answer as correct, as the fact that your machine is 64 bit sure does not explain why it does not work.

I have tried to mark it is as incorrect and it keeps going to correct.

Can I please get help on this problem and have someone look at the logs I provided?
