User cannot access to QMC after Migration

Hi,

I got a problem with my qliksense server after migration(November 2017)

old machine is qsserver1

new machine is qsserver2

old machine qsserver1 has 10 windows authentication users


for example,
I use account qsserver1\user1 cannot login on machine qsserver2

can anyone tell me how to fix it

If your QMC is already whitelisted in your company domain then it may be the issue with your User Directory Connections

I never installed a Qlik server but maybe at the time of installation something went wrong?

Can you open Qlik Sense HUB or is it just the QMC?

If UDC is all good then it can be Sense certificates

Hi,
We don't set any AD or other UDC
We only use Windows local user to login Qliksense server

ex. user1-user9 is Windows account on qsserver1

after i migrate the qsserver1 to qsserver2
qsserver2\user1 cannot login  both QMC and HUB
