Hi,
I'm trying to create a Sankey visualization with 3 dimensions, where the middle dimension is not always used. This means there are flows directly from the 1st to the 3rd dimension, and also from 1 to 2 to 3.
I was hoping to load all data in 1 table with the 3 dimensions as columns, where only the applicable columns are filled and the skipped dimension is Null. I'm getting the following result where each row in the table is also shown in the Sankey with a Null (-) value in each dimension. When I choose to exclude Null values it removes all values.
As an alternative I've created 3 tables with the different combinations (1 to 2, 1 to 3 and 2 to 3), but this obviously creates synthetic keys as the dimensions and the metric column is similar. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
