I live in Singapore . I have no issue to log in QS Cloud to view my report using Brower.
But most of the time I station and work in jakarta. And I try to log in QS Cloud I am not able to log in.
After enter password and ID , I still can click on the application I upload. But I unable to see report menu page appear on my screen.
Pls note that I am using office Internet to access QS . The speed is consider quite fast compare to 3G network.
If your connectivity is constrained only at a specific office location you may have a firewall or filtering issue. You should check with your IT support group.
It is working fine , as the app i load at share folder , and default log in at personal folder , i over looking.
