Hi all,
Two of my client's users encountered strange chart behaviour. When opening his application, the actual bars in his bar chart appear to be invisible as seen in the image below (red squares are placed by me). As you can see, bars can still be detected by clikcing them and are shown in the scroll bar.
Behaviour can be seen in both Internet Explorer and Chrome and both clients have javascript enabled. To make matters even more mysterious, all other users of the application do not encounter this behaviour. Anybody got any ideas as to why this is happening or how we can solve it? Would greatly appreciate any hints or ideas!
