There is also a cool extension on Qlik Branch that allows you to put ANY HTML in an object – very useful because with the standard text object you cannot change the font size, centering or bolding etc …:-(((

I think the load images with expressions functionaluty is possible to achieve by extension.

You can use the paint function, and in the <img> tag fill the src attribute with variable, whose value is able to manipulate through option pane. It can be url to webpictures, or url to this extension's certain folder.
