"Search" sub-folder in Apps folder

I've noticed a that Qlik Sense has created a "Search" sub-folder inside the Apps folder on the server.

It's pretty big:

There are folders inside the Search sub-folder matching apps' IDs:

So I am guessing they contain some kind of cache data for all my applications.

Question: can I clean these apps' folder inside the Search sub-folder?

If these folders in fact contain the cached data, I should not get into much trouble except extended load time, correct?

I would appreciate some comments / suggestions.
