Cloud app can not load


I have been a Qlik Sense Cloud user for over a year. This week I've been trying to access my dashboards but I always get the following message: Your cloud app can not load right now. Please try again later. If the problem persists, try resending your application.

I already removed the work and uploaded again but it does not load. I did tests creating new jobs and it works.

Would anyone have a clue what might be going on?
