Help: I get the following error when I try and share an app

"The app 'xxxx' could not be published. It has been saved under My personal cloud with the latest available data. Please try again later."

in a red box at the bottom of the screen.

I have tried this with a number of different apps, different browsers, I have the data loaded in the personal files, I can use the app no problem on the desktop and the personal cloud. I have previously published apps successfully, however, I got a similar message when I tried to un-publish a published app.

I have removed extensions, made sure I am running the latest desktop version and upgraded to plus. Well within the data limits.

Searched here and google and found nothing.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.
