Refreshing data on Qlik Cloud Business is not working

Hi,

We have issues with Schedulling Refreshing Data.

Our apps are scheduled to refreshing data between 20h-22h, daily. But it´s happenning two issues:

1-The data are not refreshing, but it was showing the message BEM-SUCEDIDO. Why the data are not refreshing?

2-The schedulling fail, but we can´t see any logs. How can i see the logs to fix that?

Yeah, we're still in trouble.
We place the automatic agent in certain time, but it fails, having to be done manually every day.

Need to fix this, because it takes automation out of the process in the cloud environment
