Stuck on Loading Cloud App/Setting Up

Have installed Qlik Sense Cloud and every time I try to create an App or open a demo app a new window opens and then hangs on "Loading cloud app" with the "Setting Up" circle displayed. It seems to be stuck on this window and will not progress to creating/opening a dashboard.

I can see other people have had this problem previously and asked the same question on the forum, but there is no clear answer as to what to do to resolve this.

I've tried Chrome, Explorer, and Firefox, and I've adjusted settings to allow pop-ups etc., but nothing works.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Dilip.

I raised an issue in the Supplier Portal, but now I cannot sign in to the Supplier Portal, I just get a Single Sign-On Error message, so cannot check the status of my support issue.

I've had an email from support asking for screenshots of the original issue, but again, I cannot login to the support portal to upload a screenshot.

Not doing very well with Qlik Installation at the moment. I only want to visualise some data, it can't be that difficult.
