CPU 100% after upgrade to 2.1 from 2.0

Hi,

Im having trouble with Qlik Sense server constantly using 100% CPU, after upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1.

This seems to cause nighttime jobs to fail, and if i restart the engine CPU usage goes down, and then back up after a while.

Been searching through logs but cant really find anything relevant.

Server is XEON E5-2650, 2.0GHZ, with 8GB ram, and running 5 data transform apps, nightly, 3 user apps daytime.

Any ideas?

Has anyone else had these problems?

Did you solve your CPU issue?

Your config seems a tad thin on resources.

How complex are the transform apps , how much data to process in the transform etc?

Hi Tomas,

I experienced the same issue three times already. I don't know what's causing it, the server does not perform reload tasks and the applications are not very CPU intensive.

Anybody has more information on this?
