No data is attached, but may be this:

Count({<Ticket = {'High'}, CloseDate = {'*'}>}Ticket)

Count({<Ticket = {'Medium'}, CloseDate = {'*'}>}Ticket)

Count({<Ticket = {'Low'}, CloseDate = {'*'}>}Ticket)

or

Count({<Ticket = {'High'}, CloseDate = {"=Len(Trim(CloseDate)) > 0"}>}Ticket)

Count({<Ticket = {'Medium'}, CloseDate = {"=Len(Trim(CloseDate)) > 0"}>}Ticket)

Count({<Ticket = {'Low'}, CloseDate = {"=Len(Trim(CloseDate)) > 0"}>}Ticket)

Expression should still be the same my friend. I used these three expressions:

Count({<Ticket = {'High'}, CloseDate = {'*'}>}Ticket)

Count({<Ticket = {'Medium'}, CloseDate = {'*'}>}Ticket)

Count({<Ticket = {'Low'}, CloseDate = {'*'}>}Ticket)
