Missing records in a row when compared with another row and vice versa

There are 8 & 11 records in Row A and Row B respectively. I am trying to figure out a way to display the what records/numbers that were missing in A when compared with B and from B to A on the dashboard.

Please find the excel attachment for your better understanding of what my result should look like.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please.
