Qlik web connector error during file transfer

Hi ,

when we try to transfer data through Qlik web connector , sFTP data download, we got below error message. however connector can transfer most of the files , except few of mark as 0kb . anyone has any idea why it behaves like that?

Qlik Sense Enterprise version September 2019, Qlik Web connector version March 2020

thanks for the provided logs! Could you kindly check if the same problem occurs with the latest Qlik Web Connectors March 2022 release?

Hi Roza,

We installed new version March 2022.

The issue still occurs.

But the seems log is: SSH protocol violation by the remote side.
