I need to create a specific folder connection for example QVDFolder where the Business QVDS are being stored so that the other Content Admins can utilize them. However I would like to restrict the other Content Admins from Editing the connection of QVDFolder. Some of our content admins mistakenly edit the connection instead of selecting the data which in turn changes the connection string and prevents everyone else from reloading the data unless they updated the connection string.
I know how to assign custom properties in the security rules of the data connection for regular users and limit them to read only access but for some reason those rules dont apply to content admins. Again its only for some specific folder connection.
please help.
