Urgent Request: Qlik Web Connectors not working

Hi all

I have recently upgraded the Qlik Web connectors 2.2. Whilst they have been working fine the last week or so I am now getting an error. When I try to access through a browser (http://localhost:5555/web) I get the following message:

localhost did not send any data ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I checked the services and they are running OK.

I then tried to start by running QlikWebConnectors.exe (as administrator) and I get the following error message:

Not sure what is happening here. I've attached the log file - can anybody help?

It seems that there is already a service listening on port 5555 - could it be the old version of the WebConnector?

That is when you already have Qlik Webconnectors running, check yous system tray and look for the Qlik icon because sometimes it is hidden
