After Installation error,

HI All,

I am try to setup the Qliksense environment, after installation , I am trying to access the qmc , but still failed, I think I have followed all of the steps, is there any other missing steps that I am missing on this? Appreciate if anyone can help me .

Hi,

did you take a look at the services if they were running at the moment you opened the accesspoint ?

on the first start, services can take a long time to start..

Also, do you try to reach the Accesspoint ussing a session inside the server or from the outside ?

I think that the port 4244 may be blocked or is being used for another service.

Check with the firewall can be blocking the authentication port.
