Authenticate against Qlik Sense Enterprise cannot login

Hello everyone ,

After SENSE was upgraded to the June 2020 version, DESKTOP was unable to log in with enterprise edition authorized connections.I don't know what's wrong, please check it for me.thanks!

I downloaded and installed Desktop Jun 2020 SR1, and the problem was solved.
This is due to a BUG in the previously installed version

Hi Guiqiang ,

Here are a few suggestions:

  • Remove the trailing "/hub" from your URI. 
  • Maybe change the protocol to HTTPS (that fixed the issue for us)
  • check if the URI that you entered is permamently accessible via browser
