I have just upgraded form 3.2 SR2 to September 2017.
I go into the Hub and I see all my apps but when I click on one i get the message that the app can not be found.
Go to Solution.
Have you copied manually Old Apps folder to new folder ( Share Folder)..

Check status of that app in QMC.
If status is 'Migration failed' then you wont be able to access that app.
You will have to import it manually from backup.
The apps have been succesfuly migrated.
After copying the apps, everything is working fine.
