I have an external client who is trying to access a Sense App however when they log on using their work laptop they received the error -
However, if they use a personal laptop or phone access is granted. Would that be because of a firewall issue on the client side?
This could be thousands of things.

* F12 to see the errors
* could be the websockets that are blocked
* could be the firewall or GPOs
