Hiii,

Need Help on Below Error.

We have two Networks on Qliksense Server .We can access QlikSense from one Network and when we are trying to access from other network we receiving the Below error.

ERROR:   Connection  to the Qliksense Engine failed for unspecified reasons.Refresh your Browser or contact your system Administrator.


Example: ABC Network,XYZ Network.



we installed Qliksense server  from ABC Network and it is working fine with all users on ABC Network.


when we try to access from XYZ Network. we are getting above error.Even QMC,Hub cant access from XYZ Network.

Go to QMC --> Virtual Proxies --> Your VP --> Advanced (on the Right panel) --> Host White List --> Add the Server name on the network 2  --> XYZ

Thank you issue solved...Added my IP to HostwhiteList..
