Customize logout button url in qlik sense hub

Hi all,

          I have developed SingleSignOn(SSO) for qlik sense hub and it is working good.but the problem is when click the logout button in hub it should redirect to my custom login page (i.e SSO login page) .so instead of qlik sense hub login i need my own logout url in logout button in hub.

am attaching images for second image i need my own login page after logout in hub
