Dinamic token allocation with Login Access Rules (LAP)

Hi guys, I am trying to create a rule so every one who access the hub get a LAP license and access public apps.

Details:

- I am using Login Access Rule: ((user.name like "*"))

- "Allow Access" checkbox is checked.

- I can see all users in the "User Access" tab.

Although all these steps were done, when a new user accesses hub he does not get a license (but I can see him in the "User Access" tab.

Does anyone can help me?

Make sure you have enough tokens for your new users.

Make sure that your license security rule is enabled (Not disabled)

Hard to say then. Are you able to see the user in your License monitor?

Are the users allowed to see the everyone stream? Do an audit to check.

 @Brett_Bleess  do you have any support resources available to help  @trigotrt  troubleshoot his this Login Access Rule issue?
